About Eden Early Years
At Eden Early Years, we believe that childhood should be filled with discovery, connection, and a love for nature. Our family-run nursery in Bristol is built on decades of experience and a deep passion for early childhood education. We are dedicated to providing a nurturing, inspiring, and enriching environment where children can grow, explore, and develop a lifelong love of learning.
Our nursery, based in Filton, is thoughtfully designed to foster curiosity and independence in a safe and engaging setting. We embrace a holistic approach to early years education, blending structured learning with free play, outdoor exploration, and creative activities. Our experienced and caring team works closely with families to create a warm and welcoming community where every child feels valued and supported.
Our curriculum is rooted in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and delivered through play-based learning. Children learn best when they are actively exploring, creating, and having fun, which helps build confidence, independence, and key life skills.

We carefully observe children’s interests and curiosities. Practitioners use these observations to plan meaningful activities, often building on what children have shown interest in the previous day and throughout nursery, ensuring learning feels exciting, relevant, and personal to each child.

Outdoor learning is a vital part of life at Eden. In line with our nature-focused ethos, children spend time outdoors exploring, discovering, and connecting with nature, supporting physical development, wellbeing, and environmental awareness. We provide trips every week.

We offer a range of enriching extracurricular activities including music and instruments, dancing, yoga, and climbing. These activities support physical health, creativity, coordination, and emotional wellbeing while adding extra fun to the nursery day.
