Our Rooms

At Eden Early Years, our nursery is thoughtfully designed across two floors to support children’s development at every stage—from the very first months through to school readiness. Each room is tailored to a specific age group, with dedicated, nurturing staff and environments that encourage curiosity, independence, and a love of learning.

We group our children by age and stage of development to ensure they receive the best possible care and attention. Here's how our nursery is structured:

Baby Floor

A calm and nurturing space for our youngest children.

🐛 Caterpillars (3 – 12 months)

A cosy, sensory-rich room where our youngest babies receive plenty of one-on-one care and gentle encouragement as they settle into nursery life.

🦋 Butterflies (12 – 18 months)

A slightly more active environment for curious little explorers. This room encourages movement, interaction, and discovery through age-appropriate activities and play.

🐸 Rising Tadpoles (18 – 24 months)

A transition room bridging babyhood and toddlerhood. Here, children begin building their confidence with more structured routines and opportunities for independent play.

Ground Floor

A vibrant, engaging space where toddlers and preschoolers flourish.

🐸 Tadpoles (2 – 3 years)

This room supports toddlers as they grow in independence, communication, and social skills. Our play-based approach nurtures their natural curiosity and encourages cooperative play.

🐸 Frogs (3 – 5 years)

Our preschool room is designed to prepare children for school with a strong focus on early learning, problem-solving, creativity, and building emotional resilience—all through fun and meaningful play.
